ORACLEFEST:
MOUNT SHASTA
August 23-29, 2026
A Residential OracleFest Gathering &
Celebration of the Inner Oracle
in Northern California

Mount Shasta has long been regarded as a place of vision, prayer, initiation, and deep listening.
For generations, this mountain has drawn mystics, artists, healers, seekers,
Indigenous wisdom keepers, and those undergoing life transitions.
Ancient traditions, earth-based spirituality, and modern metaphysical lineages converge here naturally.
Many describe Mount Shasta as a living teacher, the root chakra of the earth.
Home of creators.
Others feel it as a portal.
Almost everyone feels something.
In 2026, OracleFest gathers here in person for the first time.
OracleFest Mount Shasta is a residential gathering rooted in presence, relationship, embodiment, and shared experience. A small group. A sacred location. A carefully held field.

THE EXPERIENCE
Over several days together, we gather in rhythm with the land and one another.
Days are shaped by:
- Group sessions and ceremonial circles
- Teaching and lived wisdom shared by invited speakers
- Sound baths and vibrational healing experiences
- Gentle movement, rest, and integration
- Healing bodywork and nervous system care
- Shared meals and long, unhurried conversations
- Time outdoors around Mount Shasta
- Evenings for reflection, music, and connection
The pace is intentional. Spacious, human, and attuned.
This gathering is designed for people who want to feel the work in their bodies, not just understand it intellectually.
THE SETTING

Our primary gathering space is the Great Room at
McCloud Mercantile Hotel
The Mercantile is a historic mountain hotel with deep character. Wood floors, natural light, and a sense of warmth and timelessness. The Great Room holds our group sessions, sound journeys, shared ceremonies, and communal moments throughout the retreat.
Meals are prepared onsite with care, offering nourishment and consistency so participants can stay grounded and present. The team is special, and the space is inviting. We know how important it is to feel truly held, especially while taking part in potent spiritual experiences.
Additional accommodation is held at the nearby
McCloud Hotel
This classic mountain hotel offers a range of room styles, from simple and cozy to more spacious suites. All rooms include modern comforts while maintaining the feeling of being tucked into a small mountain town.
Between these two properties, the group is housed within walking distance, supporting both togetherness and quiet personal space.

ACCOMMODATION APPROACH
Accommodation is included for all participants.
Rather than assigning rigid tiers, we are choosing a relational approach.
After your deposit is received, you will be invited into a short, personal conversation to explore:
- Shared or private room preference
- Bed configuration needs
- Budget comfort
- Desire for quiet or shared energy
This allows us to place people thoughtfully, honor fairness, and support genuine connection from the beginning. Final pricing reflects room configuration and is always discussed clearly before balance is due.
HEALING + INTEGRATION
Throughout the gathering, participants will have access to:
- Sound baths and vibrational healing
- Bodywork offerings and restorative care
- Space for reflection and integration
- Grounded spiritual experiences that invite clarity rather than overwhelm
This retreat is held with respect for nervous systems, emotional pacing, and the need for real rest alongside insight.
MEALS + NOURISHMENT
All meals are provided during the retreat.
Shared breakfasts, lunches, and dinners create a natural rhythm for connection and community. Food is prepared with attention to nourishment, grounding, and comfort, allowing participants to stay focused on the experience rather than logistics.
